David Coffman was my realtor for selling my home and buying my new home. Dave was great at looking out for my best interests with both selling and buying. He kept me informed of all progress on my contracts and settlements. He reminded me of all that needed to be done and kept me on schedule. When items needed to be fixed in my old home, he had a list of professionals that he recommended which eliminated the need for me to get estimates. This saved me time and stress. I have all ready referred him to 2 other people because he is great. He is the BEST!
