We felt that using Dave as our broker would be a win win for us in the long run and we weren't disappointed at all! So we hired Dave as our broker. He listened to what we wanted and needed from the sale of our house, he in turn then provided valuable feedback on what we would need to do to make it happen. By us working as a team, our house was only on the market for 14 days before we had a solid offer on it!!
