This recommendation came from someone who is very familiar with various real estate companies and individual brokers. Because I have had very bad experiences in the past with other real estate brokers, I made my decision based on this recommendation with the understanding Dave would be dedicated to the individual needs of my specific real estate sale and I am extremely happy I made this decision. As previously stated, I have dealt with some dishonest, unethical and lazy real estate brokers in past experiences but this was a total 180+ turnaround. He then made himself available for each and every showing, all while still working with his other clients. I was even without a mode of transportation at the time and Dave was understanding of this and drove to my house with all paperwork that needed signatures or to pick me up if for any reason my presence was needed at the house, to have papers notarized - - he just covered every aspect of this sale so quickly, efficiently and professionally and the outcome of the sale was actually much, much better than I had hoped for and was more than double what other brokers had told me to expect. Choosing Dave to handle the sale of my house was absolutely one of the best decisions I have made in many years and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to sell their house. I can definitively say that Dave Joslin will be my broker for any future real estate transactions I engage in as well as the chosen broker my children and friends plan to use. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dave Joslin. He was understanding of my anxiety in connection with this sale, which was a time-is-of-the-essence sale and he was able to ease this anxiety through the amount of time and effort he put into this sale. Within two weeks he had more showings of my house than most people would have had in six months. The inquiries for showings even continued to come in after the sale was complete.
