I always appreciated Dave's knowledge on homes we looked at, he could always give a good appraisal on the condition of hvac, foundations, appliances, and overall construction of the home. In a competitive market where inspections sometimes have to be waived I found this to be invaluable. I never felt as though Dave was trying to push a home on us to make a commission, he genuinely cared that we found the right home for a fair price. When we put in an offer Dave also did a great job working with other agents to make our offer more competitive and to keep us updated on where we stood during such a crucial time. We can't say enough about Dave and highly recommend him!
