Seller reviewWe have known Dave Gust for years. He has helped many friends and family with real estate transactions. Our experience was impeccable. There were no questions that went unanswered. He gave consideration to all of our needs and concerns, which were few because he came to us equipped with with macro and micro market data and relevant resources focused on all of the details of the positioning of our home for a successful, timely sale. In my field, we refer to someone like Dave as being "bulletproof." Dave is prepared and commands knowledge and resources for every minute aspect of a real estate transaction while maintaining a very empathetic and personable relationship with his clients.

Buyer reviewI cant say enough about how much value Dave brought to the table. As everyone knows this is a crazy market and there were a number of curveballs thrown out way, but Dave launched each one of them out of the park. Due to circumstances beyond either of our control, I needed to get a hold of him countless times day and night. I was able to do so every time. I sincerely believe that our purchase simply would not have closed without Dave's involvement. I would normally not do this, but Its a rare occasion where someone goes so far above and so here is a contact number for me (331) 702-7432.
