Seller reviewThis was the first time for us selling a house, which was a huge undertaking. David Harman was informative and his entire team was prompt and professional. There were people to help us with every aspect of selling our home. We had several offers on the table the day of our showing! He was always available to answer questions and was even thoughtful enough to give us a house warning gift at the closing of our sale. I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone looking to sell their home in this current fast paced market.

Seller reviewDavid Harmon did a very thorough marking plan for us with many great suggestions on how to market house. When we first met him we weren't complaining sure we were going to sell. We thought about using it as a rental property Also we weren't ready to sell right away as we were building a home and didn't want to sell until it was finished. It took about 8 months a David patiently followed up every month to see where we were at and expressed his disire to keep working with us He set up a marketing plan and waited til we were ready. When we did hand it off to him for sale he took it and ran with it. He had pictures and listed in a matter of days. Had open house following sat. Had a full price offer that Monday , took less then a week to list and sell house along with closing less then 30 days latter. I can't recommend David Aharon more highly. I would never deal with any other agent RockyC
