Seller reviewDavid is a friend of my mother's brother in law so we trusted him right away, he proved to be great Just a note, the house initially sold in a month but due to another person putting a lien on the house, it was delayed for months. The time it took to sell the house was not David's fault David was awesome to work with. My mother can be a difficult person to work with and she could never be contacted by phone, so David would go to her apartment to take care of any matters. Way over above and beyond helpful David's staff also did so much to help my mother As stated before, we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with, he handled all the issues with the lien for my mom and saved the day

Seller reviewMy husband Bryan and I knew that we were ready to purchase our next home and had fallen in love with one already but we didn't even know how to start with the sale of our current home. We contacted David Harman on a Saturday and he came that same day to talk to us and take some notes as he walked around the house. Within a couple of days David contacted us to talk about pictures and then finally listing. I was very happy and excited for this step especially for all the information David was giving us. David would call us and text us with any updates and questions he had, this was the best part about working with him. He communicated everything to my husband and I, that was another thing that I truly loved. David made sure we were both involved in every step and he would call us late night or early morning. David Harman made sure we got the best offer and I recommend him to friends and family!

Buyer reviewWe could not have asked for a better Realtor. David did everything right and in an honest way, which is sometimes hard to find nowadays in the real estate business. We were moving from across the country and needed a realtor who would take the time and energy to take videos of homes for us and then post them where we could watch them. This made the process a lot more easy to find the home we wanted. I'd highly recommend David to others.
