He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, calm and a joy to work with. He is not pushy at all, which was very important to me. He cared more about me as a client and finding the perfect home for me than pushing me into a home I wasn't happy with so that he could make a commission. I HIGHLY recommend Dave as a relator! Best relator ever! I will recommend him to everyone I know. He goes above and beyond for his clients.

Seller reviewDavid Jr. is the BEST real estate agent we've worked with. We have worked with two others and they didn't come close to the service he provided us. He utilized different levels of communication with us (email, texts, FB). He used different venues to advertise our homes and kept things fresh and moving. He took time to visit our home on several occasions in advising us how to prepare it and get the best value on our investment. He worked with us via text and phone calls at almost ALL hours of the day. He provided critical feedback professionally which allowed us to look at our strategy and consider changing it at times without my husband and I getting too involved with our emotions. Each time David Jr. spoke with us over the phone, I always imagined him smiling while speaking - his tone and use of words were critical in allowing us think clearly in the decision-making process. It sounds funny that I could see him smiling in my mind's eye, but I actually could. It was reassuring to me. It mattered.
