Residential and commercial properties in Center City and the surrounding communities of Philadelphia are my areas of expertise. For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Over the years I worked hard to develop a deep market knowledge of Philadelphia, and I believe this makes me a prestigious asset of Century 21 Advantage Gold, the largest Century 21 in Pennsylvania. Seller reviewI worked with David Lombardo as his dog trainer for his little pup Archie. At the time I was thinking of renting my home I owned in the city and asked David if he knew any good contractors. He set me up with some great companies. Almost a year later, when the time came for me to sell my house I knew right away that I wanted David to be our selling agent. I love his confidence, his knowledge and his experience, so I had a good feeling he was the one for us to work with. I was getting ready for a crazy ride to sell my home but it was fast, easy and painless (for me anyway;). David worked hard to make sure everything went smooth and easy for me and my family. He's awesome! David explained every step of the process in detail so I knew what was happening at each step. After much discussion of what the price list was to be… we listed my house and within two days had an offer… a month later went to settlement and sold. I'm super happy with how the whole deal went down and I believe our buyer is as well. Thanks David for being awesome! And thanks to Century 21 for being easy and pleasant to do business with?.
