For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Seller reviewWe had no doubt: Dave is our agent. When you buy and sell a house there's a lot going on. And there's a lot to worry about. Well...with Dave we knew we could focus on what was important for us since everything else he got it covered. He's just a great agent and an amazing person. Selling a house it's a process. Many thing can happen, and Dave always kept us informed explaining everything that was going on. Including last minute surprises on the buyer's side. And that gave us all the confidence we needed.

He's got you covered in any situation you can think of and stays cool as a cucumber even when you're sweating on the inside. Super nice guy with a ton of knowledge who will go beyond moons to get you where you should be.
