Residential and commercial properties in Center City and the surrounding communities of Philadelphia are my areas of expertise. For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Over the years I worked hard to develop a deep market knowledge of Philadelphia, and I believe this makes me a prestigious asset of Century 21 Advantage Gold, the largest Century 21 in Pennsylvania. I have created a large network of clients and befriended community residents through my services in the real estate and food industries. Seller reviewFor me, authenticity is most important. Dave is authentic. He is personable too. That is why I knew I would work with Dave and didn't even consider anyone else. I have a commercial property in Philadelphia that I am listing with Dave as well. If I buy another property in the Philadelphia area, I will use Dave on that. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave to a friend, client, or colleague.
