David invested his passion of real estate into education and earned his Real Estate Associate Degree from American Military University in 2014. As a first time homebuyer and utilizing my VA home loan benefit, I had my worries and concerns which came from a terrible experience with a previous realtor I used from a different company. However, after using social media and seeing David Wahlers recommended by so many people, I just had to reach out to him and see for myself. Immediately over the phone and after the first phone conversation with David, I knew that he was the realtor I was looking to work with. David Wahlers comes from a military background such as myself which helped as he is a relatable guy. He understood the parameters of the kind of house I was looking for and honed in on it! David works harder than any other realtor that I have met. As he is very knowledgeable and an efficient communicator. He went above and beyond and was there for me from start to finish. Seller reviewDavid was amazing through the process from day one till closing. When we first met him told him exactly what we were wanting to do and he hit every goal and went beyond. I would reccomend him to anyone that needs to sell or buy a house in that area. We had another realtor come out before getting refered to him and they sugeested listing for 50k less and wanted us to remodel the house first and didnt considered the land just the house, while david looked at the property as a whole and got us where we were wanting without spending more then needed.

Dave Wahlers is by far the most personable, knowledgeable, down to earth, relatable, helpful agent we've ever worked with and made our house hunt in a competitive market not only a bearable process but an enjoyable one. We looked forward to looking at houses with Dave! He was also flexible and made himself available to us as often as he could and always met us on our schedule. He went out of his way for inspections, even if it was far away or at the crack of dawn! Dave knows the ins and outs of the real estate business like the back of his hand. He always explained hard-to-understand details with us in a way that we would get it and shared information with us that no other agent ever had. Dave is exceptional and we were beyond lucky to have him as our guide and partner on our house hunting quest. And we got an amazing house in the end!
