David invested his passion of real estate into education and earned his Real Estate Associate Degree from American Military University in 2014. Buyer reviewAs an active duty Army family for nearly 30 years, we have moved many times and have worked with real estate companies and agents. Dave Wahlers is by far the most personable, knowledgeable, down to earth, relatable, helpful agent we've ever worked with and made our house hunt in a competitive market not only a bearable process but an enjoyable one. We looked forward to looking at houses with Dave! He was also flexible and made himself available to us as often as he could and always met us on our schedule. He went out of his way for inspections, even if it was far away or at the crack of dawn! Dave knows the ins and outs of the real estate business like the back of his hand. He always explained hard-to-understand details with us in a way that we would get it and shared information with us that no other agent ever had. Dave is exceptional and we were beyond lucky to have him as our guide and partner on our house hunting quest. And we got an amazing house in the end!
