David invested his passion of real estate into education and earned his Real Estate Associate Degree from American Military University in 2014. He believes everyday is a new learning experience and is humbled to share these experiences with his peers. David is originally from New Jersey, and has lived in Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Buyer reviewDavid bent over backwards for us. He understood our situation (we were in Germany) so, basically, it was a remote purchase. Because of thet, he worked out video showings so we could see real time all of the details of the home. When we flew in for the closing, he picked us up from the airport and took us to the house so we could actually see it before the signing. After that, he took us to our friends house and picked us up the next morning to close. David is great to work with. He's even helping us out on a couple issues after the close. He's definately gone above and beyond for us and it's greatly appreciated.

David was indispensable in helping set the price for the property, writing the description of the property, and most importantly negotiating the price with the buyer. If ever I were to buy property in the area, David would be the only realtor I would work with. David is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and had my best interest at heart.
