Buyer reviewDave consistently went out of his way to answer any questions and meet any needs by me. He was patient and down to earth throughout the whole process. Even when he had a medical emergency before the final walkthrough (darn hockey sticks), he made sure everything was still set up for me while he was on his way to the emergency room and I was able to complete the final walkthrough without him. It became very obvious why he was recommended to me. Great service from start to finish!

He was honest, and upfront and being as this was my first home purchase I wasn't sure or wasn't aware of lots of things that go into this. Dave was able to explain everything to me so I was able to understand it very clearly and he was very helpful and prompt to reply when I had a question or wanted to look at another house...that happened a lot. I would definitely recommend Dave.
