Buyer reviewDave was incredibly easy to talk to and deal with, he was genuine and easygoing. He was very patient with us as first time home buyers and even fun to be around. We saw many properties over the course of a couple months, so we got to know him well. As far as the actual business of buying a house goes, Dave was available 24/7. Any time I had a question I sent a text or called him and he responded very quickly, even late at night. If there were updates in the process of making an offer or going through the closing process he would immediately let us know, again even late at night. He knows everything about buying and selling houses, and helped us learn the whole process. He's also very familiar with the market and helped us make decisions on offers, counter offers and concessions. In short, Dave exceeded all our expectations and we will work with him every time we buy or sell in the future. We have also already recommended him to multiple people buying houses we know. Work with Dave!
