Buyer reviewDave was recommended to us by our son, Michael. My husband and I were trying to purchase a home in the Traverse City area while we were getting our own home in Rochester, NY on the market. With the housing market moving so quickly we were experiencing some difficulty with even seeing some houses before they were gone. Dave kept us informed of status of homes, offered to do video tours, and communicated when new properties came on the market. He also devoted a ton of time to us on the weekends when we would come in trying to see as many appropriate houses for us as possible. He quickly figured out what was right size for us and helped us navigate our way to our now forever home in Interlochen. He has been a great source to us for things like septic, wells, local electricians, gas and electric. His patience, knowledge of the area, and sense of humor kept us on track and anxiety free. Would highly recommend him!
