Seller reviewWe had been working with Dave on selling some acreage in Leelanau County and mentioned to him that we might eventually relocate to Colorado. We then asked if he might check out our house and give us an idea of it's value. After seeing some photos of the property he thought he knew a couple who might like it and arranged for them to view the house. Long story short they were taken with it and made an offer. Thanks to Dave we were able to sell our house in a very short time. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say concerning Dave Wilsey and his handling of our transaction.

When I called Dave to tell him we would like to put our house up for sale and sell it quickly. He was quick to get the ball rolling and had our house up for sale within the week. Dave was able to put our house on the market and have it sold within just two days. We were beyond excited to hear we had a full asking price offer so quickly! When it came to showings and inspections Centry 21 northland was pleasant and accommodating. When ever we had a question Dave was quick to respond. He is knowledgeable in ever aspect of the housing market. Dave has made buying and selling our home a very delightful experience. It was a joy working with Dave and his team at Centre 21 northland.
