She has a great understanding of the local market, home buying process, and how to negotiate with sellers. Upon requesting her services Dawn immediately began sending me listings that aligned with what I was hoping to purchase. My new house was one of the listings she sent my way. Our home search before meeting Dawn was not one to be desired. We looked at 40+ houses downstate before deciding to move closer to home, and Dawn was understanding and empathetic to our house-hunting journey up until that point. She was knowledgeable about the area, listened to our wants and needs, and was there whenever we had any questions (big or small). She even sent us a text on our wedding day to wish us well! She went above and beyond to make us feel like she sincerely cared and not like we were just clients. I would recommend Dawn to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.
