Buyer reviewDawn was absolutely phenomenal, being a young couple looking to buy our first house she made the entire process and absolute breeze and was amazing at communicating and keeping us updated on every little aspect, cannot recommend Dawn Anderson enough. She passed absolutely no judgment on us being a young couple buying a home, Dawn was always so friendly and so happy and extremely accommodating to any questions or needs we had. I will be recommending her to everyone I know that's looking to buy a home.

Buyer reviewDawn Anderson worked with my husband and me to find a house that suited our current needs. Throughout the whole experience, she was nothing short of incredible. Our home search before meeting Dawn was not one to be desired. We looked at 40+ houses downstate before deciding to move closer to home, and Dawn was understanding and empathetic to our house-hunting journey up until that point. She was knowledgeable about the area, listened to our wants and needs, and was there whenever we had any questions (big or small). She even sent us a text on our wedding day to wish us well! She went above and beyond to make us feel like she sincerely cared and not like we were just clients. I would recommend Dawn to anyone who is looking for a place to call home. We loved having the opportunity to work with her & feel lucky to say she was with us to purchase our first home together!

Buyer reviewShe was the listing agent on the house I wanted. I contacted her directly to ask a few questions. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. Even with the 2 hour time difference Dawn always answered our texts in a timely manner.

Seller reviewDawn Anderson showed up promptly and spent a significant amount of time with us making sure she understood the condition of our property as well as our needs. Once she left the initial meeting she continued to keep in touch with us to make sure any questions or concerns were answered until we selected a realtor. Dawn kept us informed as to how many people were looking at the house and what their comments were. We had some unexpected situations arise with the house and Dawn was extremely helpful in walking us through what we needed to do. Her knowledge and understanding was critical in getting the house on the market and having the sale close in 3 weeks! We absolutely would not hesitate in recommending Dawn to all of our family and friends; she is one of the best agents we have ever had the joy to work with!

She was timely with communication and was helpful when I needed to address unanticipated issues and I appreciated her guidance in resolving them. Dawn was fabulous to work with. We have a mutual friend who referred Dawn and I like to rely on those types of referrals, especially when it involves significant transactions such as selling a house. Considering my mom and I live 4 hrs south from where the house was being sold, Dawn, knowing my mom's physical limitations, offered accommodations to ease the barriers of completing the sale. The ability to sign purchase agreement and other presale documents electronically was also wonderful! Dawn was a blessing in what would have otherwise been a very difficult situation.
