Buyer reviewDawn is a true professional and I knew she would do due diligence on every aspect of our transaction. I know I am high maintenance, but Dawn went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. On the final walkthrough she has a system she follows starting top to bottom of the house and a plumbing problem was found that did not exist at inspection. Had she not been so diligent we would have been stuck with repair expense. I highly recommend Dawn Baker if you are buying or selling a home!!!
