I have purchased a few properties before and though they were not bad experiences, they were not as smooth as the latest purchase with Dawn. Dawn's dedication to service and her use of the latest technology made things much easier in comparison. This was all the more helpful to me as I was working overseas. But Dawn's simplified process made it seem as if she were living just down the road from me. I have recommended her, and will continue to recommend her to people I know who are in the market to buy or sell a property.
