Seller reviewDeanna Haskett stepped in after the home had been for sale for some time. It was in an out of the way location, not a fast selling area. She was enthusiastic and positive about giving the listing another chance to sell. She was persistent in contacting people in the area about the home, and followed through when I was not living in the home and there to take the lead in selling it. She got it done, and I am grateful for all her hard work!

Buyer reviewMy wife and I were looking to return to Utah after living in Massachusetts over 25 years. We did not have a specific timetable for the move and decided to start looking at homes during our vacation trips to visit family. DeAnna understood our situation, was flexible and did not try to push us to set a specific time frame, she let us run the process. When we did find a home that was right for us, most of transaction was done remotely as we were not yet ready to move. She did a excellent job negotiating the offer and she and her office managed the entire transaction with a minimal amount of work on our part. The sale was completed with no issues and she has offered to continue to support us through our move. Overall a very positive experience.
