Deanna has also dealt with some very 'interesting' folks during our house transactions and took everything in stride. She will go the extra mile when needed and still be realistic in her communications to you and other parties involved.

I was moving from out of state and in a time crunch and she pushed through the contract and closing in record time. I arrived in Utah expecting to have to stay in a hotel for several days before the property closed, but instead I was able to drive straight to the house, pickup my keys from DeAnna, and immediately start to get settled in. Because I was moving from out of state, it took a lot of effort on DeAnna's part to ensure I was able to tour - both in person and via FaceTime - a cross-section of available housing in the areas where I was interested in buying. She worked with my busy schedule, and was always available to answer any questions I had. The best part of working with DeAnna was working with DeAnna! In addition to being good at her job, she is very personable and so easy to work with. I highly recommend her.
