Seller reviewDeanna helped me by my first home 10 years ago, she did such an excellent job getting me into exactly the kind of home I wanted when the time came to sell a piece of property I never considered calling anyone else. I felt that Deanna always has my best interests in mind and would go out of her way to ensure I got the very best service possible. Her best characteristic was being personable while being extremely professional. When situations come up through the process she explained everything very well and the back and fourth communication was effective and in good time. I couldn't reccomend anyone but Deanna to anyone else when it comes to buying or selling real estate, she's amazing!

Buyer reviewDeanna is always available. When she has an appointment, she lets you know that she is going to be out of pocket and gives an estimated time when she will be available again. Deanna has been in the Real Estate business a long time. She is one of the few agents that keeps adding to her expertise and knowledge. Deanna is extremely ethical. She has a lot of energy that lacks in other realtors. For example, on a Saturday, we were out of town but I saw a home listed in Johnson City that I was very interested in. I called Deanna, and within an hour, she went to see the home and did a very diligent and through walk through. When we saw the home a week later, it was just as we had been there before. Deanna did an excellent job of pre-viewing the home.
