Debbie has gone out of her way to help us sell our property. We own several in the area and intend to have her help us with the sale of all of them. She knows what is needed to prepare a home for sale. She is easy to contact and will also return any phone calls that we make in a timely manner. We have recommended her to my brother who was able to sell his home in 2 days. She is in the process of listing a second home for us and a home for another family member. We all live in California so it is difficult to get our homes prepared for sale. Debbie Cromer has gone out of her way to make sure everything is done correctly and that the sale goes thru smoothly. I own many pieces of both commercial and residential properties. My experience with Debbie has by far been the best out of all of my purchases and sales.
