Buyer reviewDebbie has helped many of my family members find their perfect home and everyone told me that she is on top of everything which makes for a great flow throughout the process. She is also a great communicator. I had many questions as a first time home buyer and Debbie explained every single detail patiently and asked me multiple times if I understood what certain things meant before I signed something. I learned a whole lot. I also never waited longer than 10 minutes for a reply which was absolutely amazing. I was able to look at all the houses I was interested in within a couple of days. What stood out to me the most is that every little question or concern was valued by Debbie and she always took the time to either call me or text/email me right back. She also told me what she didn't like a bout certain properties which was great because I would have not seen it. I love where I live and am absolutely happy how everything went. Thank you Debbie!

Buyer reviewDebbie was wonderful to work with. During this difficulty COVID time, she made our transition from Northern Virginia to Johns Island as easy as possible. Her communication was timely, prompt and clear. She was there whenever we needed her from the design appointments, to scheduling inspections and follow ups and overall was beyond helpful and supportive. I will recommend Debbie to any of our friends and family in need of a Realtor and would not hesitate to use her again.

Seller reviewSo my biggest issue with working with past realtors is responsiveness! I would categorize myself as a high maintenance client who expects very frequent feedback and interaction on what's going on with either a new home purchase or sale of a existing property. Unlike other realtors that I have worked with in the past, Debbie has always been very responsive and has always addressed any issues or concerns in a very timely manner. If I called or sent a text, I would always get an acknowledgement in a very timely manner, usually less than 5 minutes! I should also note that Debbie knew her stuff. I often looked at distressed or atypical properties for renovation and Debbie was very knowledgeable about resale potential. I have used Debbie for the purchase of 3 homes and the sale of 1 home and will continue to use her in the future!. She gets a A+ in my book!!

We purchased virtually due to Covid-19 not allowing us to come see the homes and her assistance and patience was greatly appreciated. She got to know our family and found what was right for us. She went above an beyond to include looking for homes that weren't on the market or yet available and that's how we found the perfect home. Thanks again Debbie and we would recommend her to any family or friends.
