Seller reviewDebbie was very knowledgeable with the local market and was very helpful with determining a selling price. She explained the effects of pricing the home to high or to low and helped determine what would be a fair and reasonable starting price for the area. Debbie kept me well informed with the whole selling process of my home. She replied to me in a timely manner when unavailable after leaving a message. I signed the contract with Debbie on a Tuesday, had seven showings scheduled by Thursday and accepted a cash offer Saturday morning for full asking price, no inspections and close in two weeks. It couldn't have gone any better.

I really can't say enough good things about her. Debbie had a plan and knocked it out of the park. Getting us over asking price in the 2 days it was up for sale. I really cannot recommend Debbie enough. I just hope she's still doing this if we ever decide to move again!
