We met Debbie when another agent was unable to show us a property. We were not interested in the property that we were shown however Debbie took the initiative to contact us with other properties that she thought that we may like. Debbie is a true professional, kind,caring and always addressed our concerns and answered our questions. She made sure that she understood what we were looking for and that is how she was able to find us the house that we were looking for. It was a pleasure working with Debbie and we would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Debbie was able to negotiate for us even when dealing with a difficult selling agent on the property we bought. She stayed on top of pending issues and discussions that impacted our closing and move in times. She was always in communication with us and was able to coach us through negotiations with the sellers. We felt she always had our best interest in mind for the whole family) Through this process Debbie deflected the stressful situations. We have gained a realtor and a friend.

Debbie just knew what to say to prospective buyers and was on friendly terms with the buyer's agent. She just made everyone comfortable. And enthusiastic! Debbie and I couldn't have gotten along any better. Our personalities fit together perfectly and she made great progress quickly after I left the city. I felt like I was the only property she had to work on - which I of course know was anything but true! It was coincidental that Debbie Toscano became our agent, but it was the best coincidence ever! She was perfect in all aspects for our situation.

She really understood what we were looking for in the new home. She really knew the market for pricing of other homes that were similar. So approachable! She is extremely friendly and REALLY listens. She completely helped us in all areas. We had no idea really what we were doing with selling or buying and she was able to help us with all our questions. She was always open to looking at houses even when they didn't fit with what we completely were looking for but we still wanted to see. That was important to me. She was great!
