As a licensed real estate professional, I have over 18 years experience listing & selling real estate in both Effingham and Fayette counties. I earned my Brokers License in 2006. Although I have earned numerous Top Producing sales awards since joining the CENTURY 21® system in 1993, my biggest award of all is serving my clients to ensure their home buying or selling process is a pleasurable and rewarding experience.

Seller reviewWhen we decided to sell our home we discussed realtors and we knew Debby and she also attends the same church we do. So we talked to her and liked what she said and wanted her to sell our house. We felt she was very thorough with the process she followed to get everything done in a timely matter. The hurdles I talked about were not from anything she had done. She was great at getting them resolved. She kept us informed with what was going on and we liked that. She took pictures and put them on facebook and we heard several good comments from that. I am definitely not a writer but we think she's the best.

We had listed with another realtor prior and they really let us down with their lack of communication, and lack of interest in getting our home advertised and sold. We had tried on our own after that and met road blocks and dead ends. Debby stepped in and did what we, and others, could not. She was very knowledgeable about how to get the best results. She told us exactly what we needed to do, and guided us along the way. The communication was always there, and she was very prompt at getting back with us on everything. I would highly recommend Debby Frailey to anyone who is wanting to sell a property, she will not disappoint.
