Seller reviewThis was our second time hiring Deirdre to represent us. This time she sold our home. It was a scary decision, but she was amazing at educating us and giving us perspective on pricing, things to address prior to listing and incentives we could offer to intice more buyers. I never had to worry about what was going on during the process. She checked in regularly and stayed in constant contact with the buyers agent. Overall, I felt very secure with her and knew she was taking care of business. Very, very pleased and will rehire her over and over!

Deirdre will do absolutely anything to get ensure the happiness of her clients. She spent many late nights working hard in order to make sure that the deal closed and that we were satisfied with the biggest purchase of our lives. Buyer reviewDeirdre was a godsend! We had a connection right off the bat and I now consider her a personal friend. She was instrumental in navigating us to the right property. I initially provided her with a list of 18 properties to look at. Several of my favorites were taken off the market before I could get to AZ to look at them. Deirdre followed up on them, at my request, to see if it was still possible to see them. When we finally narrowed down our search location to Las Sendas or Gold Canyon, she was very patient with us. We looked at several homes 3 times. Our final selection proved difficult as the owners were Canadian and we had FIRPTA issues at closing. Deirdre was always very calm and even scheduled an appt. to look at our runner-up house again on then day of closing, in case there were too many difficulties to overcome due to cure notice repairs not having been addressed. Overall, it was an excellent experience during a very stressful time. We're very thankful we had Deirdre!
