Always very prompt with meeting our needs as clients, wether it was getting forms to us,or just answering questions we had. She was also great when it came to negotiating on our behalf. Will definitely be recommending Deirdre to friends, family, and anyone looking to buy/sell a home. She's a go getter. Couldn't have been more pleased with her performance or how we were treated. Buyer reviewDeirdre was helpful in our relocation to the Phoenix area. She was helpful in pointing out features of homes which helped it to stand out or could be possible issues (i.e. single pane windows, wood rot, etc.). Deirdre also was helpful when it came to our walk-thru and was in contact with the builders rep to ensure everything was completed for our closing date. We would use Deirdre again when selling and looking for a house.

Seller reviewWe wanted someone that was familiar with the location of our home, the current market values, and someone that would be honest, and certainly not afraid to offer suggestions to improvements that might make the home more marketable. Dierdre was that and more. She guided ( when ask) us in every aspect always allowing us to make the final decision. I felt throughout the process that she was working for us, not the buyer. I loved the home and she was cognizant of that during the entire process even reminding me at closing the buyers loved it too. May not mean a lot to someone else, but to me it meant the world. Out of ten stars she gets a 12 smooth without hassles very glad we selected century 21.
