Selling our house was quite a stressful time, but Denise and David Brendle were the most professional, knowledgeable realtors who truly went above AND beyond in every single aspect. Even after moving to our new home without the sale of our existing home, Denise took care of EVERY hiccup large and small that transpired while we were gone. She has been invaluable to my husband and I and honestly, I cannot recommend her enough! The only mistake I made was signing with a friend prior to meeting her. My suggestion to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, don't make the same mistake we did.
