We saw online that there was an open house for a property that looked nice and decided to go by, mainly to try and get information, both on the property and on the house buying process. We were just starting out. When we arrived Denise and David Brendle were there and after we had a chance to look around a bit we gave our contact information to them and Denise explained quite a bit of the process and how we could get started. She had us get pre-qualified and sent a list of houses for three different areas matching what we were looking for. We were impressed with her level of knowledge and her willingness to teach us what we needed to know and do in order to purchase a house. Also, she was ready to proceed right away and had relevant information ready to go that we could take with us. We really appreciate everything that Denise did for us throughout the process. She was able to negotiate with the seller and get a few major issues from the inspection repaired. She was also great in working with our schedule and was able to be present at the inspection when we couldn't. She followed up on every part of the process with us and ultimately we were able to close an entire week ahead of time-which was awesome. She was also always available when we had questions. Overall, Denise was a superb realtor for us and we would definitely recommend her if you're considering purchasing a home.
