Buyer reviewDenise works very hard to be available and return phone calls. Her years of experience with both the market and this area especially are invaluable to buyers and sellers alike. Denise made every attempt to be present for each inspection (there were many!) and always reminded me to take notes. We were making an As-Is purchase but each inspection felt thorough and she saw to it we were as informed as possible for any issues we may encounter long after settlement. Denise understood our present needs and future plans and has even thoughtfully followed up with us since our purchase. Couldn't be happier and have recommended her to several friends.
