Seller reviewSome aspects of my sale was beyond Denise Curtiss' control. For instance, the first potential Buyer's Agent was nothing short of unethical and questionable business processes were quite challenging at best. Denise did a lot of damage control, by going above and beyond in helping diffuse bad situations in which the Buyer's Agent had very little regard to me the Seller. Was so grateful THIS particular Buyer retracted the contract, allowing me to sell to the second home Buyer (a much better and more professional outcome with the Buyer's Agent). Denise Curtiss handled this with extreme professionalism and knowledge. She was definitely in my corner!!
