Buyer reviewDenise was extremely helpful. We would often receive emails late into the evening, and calls early in the morning; I swear she never sleeps! Her attitude was always positive and cheerful, even when the news was less than amazing. Denise worked very hard to recommend homes that met all of our needs and kept us informed the entire process. Anytime we had any questions she either answered right away, or within 12 hours, very impressive. The entire paperwork process for buying our first home was intense, but Denise held our hands through it all and made it remarkably painless. She came highly recommended by a friend, and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a home, Denise is the person talk to!

Seller reviewWe have known Denise and her family for many years and so it was an easy choice to go with her when we needed a realtor, she sold us this house ten years ago, found a house for at least one of our kids, and now sold this house for us when we wanted to exit California. Great agent, I believe any reasonable person will be very satisfied with how she works, her integrity, and how she handles business. Should our kids in the area sell in the future we will recommend they go with Denise.

She gave us very helpful advise during our first phone call and I think she slowly got to understand what we were looking for, because honestly we didn't know well what we wanted! We needed someone like her: patient but who gave us confidence that we would find our home on time... and we did. She also helped us navigate the disclosures and to make good choices in the offers.
