I found Denise knowledgeable about Probate sales and she assisted me in every step necessary to get his property rehabbed before we listed it for sale. Her stepping in to handle this took a huge load off of my shoulders while I waded thru the Probate administration work. The house sold at the price we wanted and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to walk me through the process.
