Buyer reviewDenise Lucchesi came highly recommended by a family member who has worked with her many times. True to their promise, she was knowledgeable, patient, and creative. She listened to what I was looking for but helped me look outside of what I thought would work. After much searching, a few disappointments, and a lot of reassurance that I would find "the right place," I will finally being moving into my first home. I can't thank Denise enough for the time, many informative answers and meetings, and finally for her kind approach as I navigated buying my first home.

Seller reviewAs I stated earlier, Denise is absolutely top notch. Knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate, caring, patient, and not pushy (VERY important to us). This is the second property she has sold for us. Each one was a very different situation, but she handled each with great expertise so that they both closed without a hitch.

Buyer reviewDenise is a first rate professional realtor. I have had dealings with many realtors over the years and I would rate her #1. In all my dealings with her, I have never experienced any suggestions or actions from her that would slant things in her interest. I ALWAYS felt she was working for me. We have had several transactions together and some of them were very complex. Denise went overboard to help me work out these complexities. Denise takes an interest in each transaction and frequently offers excellent advice and suggestions. She is very hardworking, efficient and competent.
