She was super patient with showing us plenty of properties and she has great follow up work, and keeping in touch with us over our longer searching period. She was very in tune with what we were looking for and didn't send us properties that were nowhere near our price range or interest. She did a great job at becoming fast friends. When it came time to purchase this property, we didn't consider any other agent. Denise really put forth extra effort in handling this transaction, as being a Bank Owned property by a large out of town Bank was a very difficult process. Denise endured the entire process that I don't think many agents would have been capable of handling.
