I had 2 brokers to pick from and Dennis seemed to have more knowledge of the area. He also brought over printed marketing plans and very helpful information about listing with him and was mindful of our time during that first meeting. After listing, I had an offer in ONE day!! Dennis was also invaluable when it came to taking care of inspection items. We would not have been able to close on time without his hard work helping to address inspection items. Dennis Maakestad was very patient, and really helped my wife and myself through the home buying process. Dennis has an excellent reputation in this area, knows the area quite well, and is known for his diligence in handling customers' needs. He recently handled--smoothly and efficiently--the selling of a friend's house. I was motivated in great part by his dutiful handling of that sale. I was not disappointed, and often quite surprised, by all that he did! His recommendations for some presentation changes were spot-on. He even went way out of his way to help with removing some large items I needed to get rid of but had no place to store. A+ service!
