Like I said before Dennis is a Great guy and a good friend. I have recommended him to friends and family,before I used him and would recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell. Dennis looks out for his clients keeping in mind what they want and what they really can afford.

Dennis was extremely accessible and helpful. He never made us feel like we were asking a "dumb" question. We felt like Dennis had our best interests in mind. He didn't pressure us and offered professional guidance.

What more can I say. Dennis is a fantastic gentleman! It was very easy and took no time deciding where to go and to select the Century 21 broker for selling my house. My son asked me if I knew any Realtors in DeKalb and I immediately told him about Dennis. So Dennis sold my sons house several years ago, and in June this year he sold my house in record time! Only 10 days on the market! Not only is Dennis personable and courteous but he definitely went over and above his job description on both sales. He was so helpful in so many ways dealing with so many unexpected things that arose on both sales. If there were things needing repair, painting, etc., he was able to supply names to contact to do the work, and even did some things himself. I would highly recommend Dennis to anyone knowing they would be receiving the best possible service available. I have known Dennis for many years and he is the BEST! I do miss seeing him in Church and he is a very strong and dedicated Christian.
