I am an Horry County native and a full-time Realtor® with CENTURY 21 Thomas. Growing up on a farm in Green Sea, South Carolina and an alumnus of Coastal Carolina University, I take pride in my strong work ethic and honesty. These qualities have enabled me to build many long-lasting relationships. On a personal note, I am a volunteer at the Grand Strand Miracle League and am active in my church. I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy fishing and hunting. Most of all, I enjoy spending time on our beautiful beach. My goal as a real estate agent is to help both buyers and sellers by making each real estate transaction as smooth and simple for them as possible. Seller reviewDerek handled everything for me during the sale of my condo because of my husband being in the hospital and passing away unexpectedly. I could not come to Myrtle Beach during this time and Derek did a very good job of keeping me informed and handling everything that needed to be done.

Mr. Derek Fairfax is one of a kind fantastic Realtor! He absolutely went above and beyond in every aspect of the home search. I felt like I was his only client, even though he had many. He was willing to show me appx 50 homes. Anything and everything. I went back and bought the first place that he showed me. A month after the sale, he stopped by and cleaned out my gutters! He is the best! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs his great service. I hope that I get a chance to refer someone to him. He was willing to answer questions about anything. I had many since I had only been here a few short times. Century 21 Thomas is lucky to have him on the team!
