Buyer reviewDiana Giardina was timely, detailed and considerate every step of the way. She knows her job inside and out. If she didn't know the answer, she tracked it down very quickly. She listened to our wish list and found us a property that wasn't on our radar. She immediately got permission for us to view it so we wouldn't need to drive 4 hours back. The entire process was flawless and that was 100% attributed to Diana's professionalism and knowledge. She went above and beyond by calling the building permit office to get questions answered, helped the home inspector and flood plain surveyor get access to the property when needed. She arrived early for our final walk through to chip away ice from the front entrance so we wouldn't fall. She also provided information for us in terms of getting set up - electrical, internet, cable, phone, LP propane, etc. Diana Giardina is a rock star realtor and I highly recommend her. She makes the entire process comfortable.
