Diana Giardina was very focused on getting us a good offer, walking us through the process, checking in as things progressed, answering our questions both in writing and by discussion. Her input helped us make decisions that I felt we would have thought about for a long time delaying and possibly losing on the offer. I loved the pictures she spent a lot of time getting to showcase the value of the home and surrounding property. I really cannot think of anything she didn't help us with immeasurably. Diana Giardina was timely, detailed and considerate every step of the way. She knows her job inside and out. If she didn't know the answer, she tracked it down very quickly. She listened to our wish list and found us a property that wasn't on our radar. She immediately got permission for us to view it so we wouldn't need to drive 4 hours back. December 2020
The entire process was flawless and that was 100% attributed to Diana's professionalism and knowledge. She went above and beyond by calling the building permit office to get questions answered, helped the home inspector and flood plain surveyor get access to the property when needed. She arrived early for our final walk through to chip away ice from the front entrance so we wouldn't fall. She also provided information for us in terms of getting set up - electrical, internet, cable, phone, LP propane, etc.
Diana Giardina is a rock star realtor and I highly recommend her. She makes the entire process comfortable.

We lived 3 ½ miles away from the properties that we decided to see. Diana had one listing and a different realtor had the other listing. Diana said it was no problem and she showed us the other property that was not listed with her. She did the best she could to answer all of our questions. We decided to purchase the home that was not her listing but we kept her as our agent and we are glad we did. Our financing experience was a nightmare with Rocket Mortgage. Had it not been for Diana we would have walked away from our down payment and the property. She truly went above and beyond to help us. Many times she herself was on the phone trying to get us answers and help us, and she did it all. She did not try and push us off or say it was not her job when it came to helping us. She cares about the people she helps and it shows. If you are selling or buying your first home or your fifth one I would highly recommend Diana.

We were using four brokers. Two in Hayward and two in Mercer. With regards to Mercer, Diana was superb. She quickly understood what we were looking for and had shown us many properties to look at. In addition, she had shown us several very interesting places we will enjoy once we are up in Mercer which was greatly appreciated. For the second round of properties, they were very specific to what we were looking for and we toured them. Because she did such a wonderful job, she earned our business to broker our lot that was listed with a different agent.
