Buyer reviewWe lived 3 ½ miles away from the properties that we decided to see. Diana had one listing and a different realtor had the other listing. Diana said it was no problem and she showed us the other property that was not listed with her. She did the best she could to answer all of our questions. We decided to purchase the home that was not her listing but we kept her as our agent and we are glad we did. Our financing experience was a nightmare with Rocket Mortgage. Had it not been for Diana we would have walked away from our down payment and the property. She truly went above and beyond to help us. Many times she herself was on the phone trying to get us answers and help us, and she did it all. She did not try and push us off or say it was not her job when it came to helping us. She cares about the people she helps and it shows. If you are selling or buying your first home or your fifth one I would highly recommend Diana.

Buyer reviewWe were using four brokers. Two in Hayward and two in Mercer. With regards to Mercer, Diana was superb. She quickly understood what we were looking for and had shown us many properties to look at. In addition, she had shown us several very interesting places we will enjoy once we are up in Mercer which was greatly appreciated. For the second round of properties, they were very specific to what we were looking for and we toured them. Because she did such a wonderful job, she earned our business to broker our lot that was listed with a different agent.
