My success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals from my clients.
When I am not working tirelessly for my clients you can find me exploring all the beauty our region has to offer. Hiking the Adirondacks with my husband, Kevin and black lab, Stella, kayaking one of the many rivers, ponds, or lakes or supporting local establishments.

I would highly recommend her to anyone, as she made me feel comfortable in my decision making and preparation for sale of house. Diane continually kept me informed as to what to expect, next steps and reassured me if I had any concerns. She did a great job, and I am thankful I was referred to her. Your question asking how long it took to sell house should be more specific. I had a contract on it within one day, but actual timeframe from time of contract to closing was 2 months. Performance rating question regarding closing I listed as satisfactory, however, it was not Due to Diane performance, it was another issue altogether. I do not want that to reflect on her.

All of my interactions with Diane have proven her knowledge of the areas I was interested in, the school district zones, what was available or what was becoming available, and the process that we would be going through to accomplish the purchase/sale. She kept us informed each step and when things were not happening timely she followed up without us asking her too. She was always available for questions and responded in terms that were easily understood. Diane is all you need if you are looking to purchase or sell.
