Buyer reviewDick contacted us when we asked about properties in Sun City Center. We met with Dick to look at homes in October and again in February. We made some offers that didn't work out. Dick was patient and kept us informed when we returned to Maine in-between visits to Sun City Center. We can't say thank you enough for all Dick did to find us the perfect home. Dick showed us many, many homes until we found the one we wanted. Dick never gave up on us. Dick was there when ever we needed advise and help. He helped us ever step along the way.

Seller reviewDick was extremely helpful in putting us in contact with other professionals to help us get our parent's house ready for sale; painters, cleaners, plumbers, auctioneers, etc. He also went out of his way to bring us boxes for packing and mailed forgotten items back to Michigan for us. His communication just lacked a bit, as I found myself calling him to inquire about progress rather than him calling me. However, he got my parents top dollar for their home and I would definitely recommend him to others. He is truly a professional and helped alleviate most of the stress that goes along with selling a property when you are 1200 miles away. Thank you Dick!
