I was very happy with Mr Wilson as our realitor. He was always accessible and willing to answer any of my questions. There were only two things where I was disappointed.
The first: it took much longer to sale our house then we expected. I understand it was a "slow market", and slow markets are not in Dick's control. To his credit, Dick continued to try every avenue to expose our house, but six months to sale our house was a long time.
Second: I did not understand why the "earnest money" was divided when a client backed out of a
sale. It was my understanding that the earnest money is forfeited when seller backs out of a sale. I know it was the " nice" thing to do but his offer kept our house off the market for a couple of weeks.
