My wife has known Donna for years and we trusted her and her knowledge for the purchase of this home. She will be selling our home also. Looking for a new home is never easy. Add in a crazy market and being from out of state, it only added that much more stress. However, Donna A Sartin was the absolute best to work with from the start! She listened to our needs and asked all the right questions to get our listing email set up. Then once we were in town, she dedicated all the time we needed and highlighted good and bad things about a house as well as local spots. Once we found something we liked, she fought for our interests and was able to get our bid accepted with all of our asks. She was highly accessible and her communication was great! She made sure that things were addressed in a timely manner right up to closing and helped to provide all of the utility, gas and cable info so we could easily get stuff set up. Donna is the best! from the moment we met she was very friendly, reassuring and professional. I'm from Michigan relocating here for a new work opportunity I was in the process of selling my home there so I was very concern about finding a place to live here.
