Donna was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was definitely more interested in ensuring we were purchasing the home of our dreams than in her earning the commission. She took her time to show us several homes and shared information about the areas with us. This was particularly important to us since we were buying a home in another state from where we currently resided and didn't know the areas well. She came to our closing to ensure all went well and she has also checked on us several times since our closing to ensure everything was going well and if she could be of any additional service to us. Donnas is a true gem. I would say we lucked out that we just randomly were assigned to Donna but truly believe there was nothing random about it. She helped us find and purchase our "Forever Home" and we are truly blessed by Donna and believe we have a "forever friend" in her too.

Donna was a absolutely fantastic realtor! She truly does work 7 days a week. She will always tend to your needs and wants no matter what day or time it is. Donna is not just trying to push her clients to purchase a home, she is genuinely concerned about your lifestyle and what will best fit your needs and wants in a home. She is always honest! Earlier this year, I made the wise decision to look into purchasing a home. At the recommendation of my supervisor at work, she stated that she had the most pleasant experience with her realtor with whom she and her family had purchased their house through back in 2019. My supervisor then connected me and Donna A. Sartin on Facebook. And that was the best decision I had ever made. Donna was very attentive to everything I was looking for and helped me wade through the rough waters of home purchasing (especially during the middle of a pandemic). She explained everything to me in a very clear and in a manner that I was able to understand, considering I was a first-time homebuyer. She explained every step of the process and was available anytime I had any questions or concerns. She really kept me grounded and sane through this process, all the while staying very professional. Also she's just an easy and kind spirited person to talk to. From the very first time I met Donna, until closing day Donna was very professional. Whenever we spoke via email, or by phone, she was always polite and eager to assist me in anyway. She guided me through the step by step process of becoming a homeowner and helped me understand the differences in purchasing a home versus purchasing a condo and Homeowner's Associations. Every property we looked at, she always gave me a copy of the MLS listing from which I learned even more about that particular property from taxes to when it last sold, etc. Throughout this process, she was never a pushy salesman like what you would find on a dealership. She allowed me to look at the properties inside and out and was there to answer questions and offered insightful information when necessary. She knew her stuff. Like I stated earlier, Donna kept me grounded and sane through out this process. Although I may have gotten frustrated with the process of searching for a home, and some of the rejections on offers I made, Donna was there to guide me on to something better. The staff at Century 21 Legacy were always nice and helpful to me whenever I had to stop in at their office. Very courteous and professional. Donna is simply amazing. She is top notch and very knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. She was very easy to talk with and understood from the start what I was looking for. When it seemed like I would never find the perfect home, she was there to remind me to keep my head up and that we'd keep looking until something came along. Very friendly and I learned a lot from her and the process over the last 3 months. I will always recommend Donna to anyone looking for property. There was never any doubt from the first showing till we placed the key in the door of our new home, that Donna Sartin was OUR agent bargaining with OUR best interest in mind. She is the person you want to hang out with, laugh and share history. We will always recommend her highly and without reservation to anyone who mentions they have a need in real estate. Donna's timely response to questions and follow up calls were very impressive. She takes time to explain every detail and has endless patience to clarify the process and procedures to be sure you understand each step in the protocol. Even if it was related to sale of your home she was highly professional and would ask questions on your behalf to be sure you were comfortable with all areas of the process.
